Our speciality coffee is grown in Zambia and roasted at Lake Safari Lodge by Waters Edge Artisan Coffee Roastery. All our waiters are trained baristas. We lovingly pull our espresso on a La Marzocco GS3 to get the highest quality possible out of the high grade coffee that rivals the best in the world.

Well stocked bar with an enticing new menu. We have a delicious selection of mocktails, cocktails and our signature alcoholic milkshakes.

Conference

We have 3 conference rooms with all facilities needed such as projector, numerous power points & printing facilities on request. Our largest conference room can seat 300 people.

Recreation

Soak up the sun at our poolside. The Hotel has two swimming pools with breathtaking views of the lake. Fish off banks, self drive visit the Kariba dam wall and/or enjoy one of our boat cruises.
